Jerry is a strong editor and experienced writer and resume expert. Jerry understands how to interview personnel to shape a resume around RFP requirements and maximize key personnel scores. He understands how to make a document consistent, easy to read and compliant. His skills are especially valuable when finalizing documents, as Jerry is capable of maximizing the persuasion of written material and ensuring consistency either through adhering to or creating a comprehensive style guide. His work ethic provides a good example, and he is versatile in applying communications and creative skills on a variety of assignments.  He has hands-on experience in the public service industry and understands the importance of delivering clear, persuasive communication across a variety of markets.  Jerry has more than 5 years’ experience writing for one of the most highly-circulated newspapers in the Southeast.

Jerry is goal-oriented and capable of managing multiple work assignments in high-stress environments.  Jerry possesses a remarkable eye for detail as demonstrated while filling numerous roles on the Sellafield M&O bid.  He served as lead editor and tender author for the management volume, CV and case study portions of the procurement.

Jerry’s background in editing and writing is continually expanding as his weekly articles for The Knoxville News Sentinel include responsibilities such as conducting interviews, checking facts and writing to a set style guide while meeting stiff deadlines. As a result, Jerry is exceptional at rationing attention to meet scheduling demands and presenting accurate information.
